Tarte aux fruits rouges et chantilly mascarpone vanillée / Red fruit tart and it's mascarpone and vanilla Chantilly

Servez frais.

Yummy, there is nothing better than good juicy fruits to bring some sweetness to the end of a meal or for a snack! Since we had a family meal, I wanted to have a tasty but light dessert, so I thought about making a fruit tart, but with raw fruits. At the bottom of the tart, I wanted to have a Chantilly with mascarpone because it's light, but not as light as regular Chantilly, but I also use it to decorate the tart like the famous baker Christiphe Michalak! A real delight!!
My advice: Choose the red fruits you prefer regarding the season for example.

Ingredients:
-1 shortcrust pastry
-9 oz. of red fruits (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry)
-5 oz. of mascarpone
-3/4 cup of liquid cream
-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-butter
Preheat the oven at 350°F.
Line your tart mould, previously buttered, with the shortcrust pastry and cook it until it's golden (10 to 15 minutes). Once it's out of the oven, let it cool.
Meanwhile, beat the liquid cream with the mascarpone until you obtain a light and firm Chantilly. While beating, add the sugar and the vanilla extract.
Once the shortcrust is at room temperature, spread half of the Chantilly on it and put the fruits above, but not too tight. Put the rest of the Chantilly in a pastry bag, and put little points of Chantilly on the tart, between the fruits. Serve fresh.
