Chocolat chaud gourmand à la menthe (façon After Eight) / Yummy mint hot chocolate (After Eight style)

-6 carrés de chocolat After Eight
-1 cuillère à café de cacao en poudre
-chantilly
Almost everyone knows After Eights or at least the chocolate and mint association, so British... So, since I had some After Eight in my cupboards, it inspired me this delicious hot chocolate.... The subtle taste of mint and the yummy Chantilly on top will please you and will make you to have some more.... The perfect drink to wait for spring during these cold winter days!!
My advice: if you really like the mint taste, you can add some After Eigth squares but, taste the chocolate first so it won't be too strong!

Ingredients (for 2 persons):
-2,5 cups of milk
-4 oz. of dark chocolate
-6 After Eight squares
-1 tablespoon of powder cocoa
-Chantilly
Cut the chocolate  and the After Eight's and cook them in a bain-marie. Add the milk progressively while wiping to avoid any lumps.
Add the cocoa while wiping. Keep cooking until it's hot.
Serve in 2 mugs and add some Chantilly on top and powder a little bit of cocoa.
