Summer is just around the corner and it makes me want to travel, and since it's not time to go on holiday right now, I can bring a little bit of elsewhere in my plate with these delicious brushetta...
They might look a little bit classic, but I can assure you that you will adore the burrata (that replace the mozzarella) so soft and creamy, but also the tiny little tomatoes, as big as redcurrant, and that will explode in your mouth and bring taste and freshness to this brushetta! A real delight with this olive bread!
My advice: you can replace the smoked ham by smoked beef!
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
-1 sliced olive bread
-1 big burrata
-4,5 oz. of tiny tomatoes tomberry
-6 thin slices of smoked ham
-1 branch of basil
-balsamic vinegar syrup
-pepper
Put the slices of bread on your counter.
Cut the slices of ham in as much pieces as pieces of bread and put them on top of the bread. Cut delicately the burrata and put on the ham.
Wash and share the tomberry tomatoes above. Season with pepper and cut the basil above.
Finish with a little bit of balsamic vinegar syrup and serve immediately.
