Do you like meatloaf? Well, I think it's everyone's favorite... Well the secret in a good meatloaf is a good seasoning, and with this recipe I am really spoiling you because it's my great-grandmother's who cooks so well! This meatloaf is simply divine and so tasty, and the nice thing is that you have most of the ingredients in your kitchen already! With potatoes and a green salad, it's the perfect meal!
My advice: you can replace the slices of toasted bread by stale bread!

Ingredients (for 6 persons):
-18 oz. of ground beef meat
-2 medium onion
-3 slices of bread
-3 eggs
-3 tablespoons of ketchup
-2 tablespoons of mustard
-2 tablespoons of red wine
-1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
-1/2 teaspoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic
-salt, pepper
Preheat the oven at 410°C.
Beat the eggs in a salad bowl, add the meat. Toast the slices of bread and cut them into small cubes. Mince thinly the onions. Add the bread cubes and the minced onions to the meat, stir well to obtain an homogeneous batter.
In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the mustard, the ketchup and the red wine. Stir into the meat. Season with the herbs, the paprika, the powdered garlic, the salt and the pepper. Mix again and put this batter into a cake pan.
Cook for 25 minutes. Once it's out of the oven, wait a little bit before removing from the pan. Cut and serve hot.
