Cupcakes gingembre-citron vert / Ginger and Lime cupcakes

Cupcakes gingembre-citron vert
Comment commencer l'année 2012 du bon pied?? Avec des cupcakes bien sûr! Et entouré d'amis et de son chéri c'est encore mieux!! Alors après des petites recherches afin de sortir de l'ordinaire, j'ai trouvé une magnifique recette pleine d'exotisme : des cupcakes au gingembre et citron vert! 
En plus c'est une excellente excuse pour utiliser les super cadeaux (caissettes et sucre décoratif) que j'ai reçu de ma tante chérie pour Noël, quel style!
Ingredients:
-3 oeufs
-225g de beurre ramolli
-200g de sucre
- 12,5cl de babeurre (lait ribot)
-380 de farine
-1 sachet de levure
-60g de gingembre confit
-2 citron vert
- 250g de philadelphia cream cheese
-60g de sucre glace
Préchauffer le four à 160°C. Dans un saladier, battre les oeufs et ajouter le beurre et le sucre et mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention d'une préparation légère et aérée. Ajouter le babeurre et la farine et mélanger. Battre vigoureusement pendant deux minutes jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte crémeuse. Ajouter le gingembre confit coupé en tout petit morceau, le jus et le zeste d'un citron vert et mélanger pour obtenir une préparation homogène. 
Répartir le mélange dans les moules à cupcakes et les faire cuire pendant 20 minutes. Lorsqu'ils sont cuit, les poser sur une grille pour refroidir.
Préparer le glaçage en battant ensemble le philadelphia, le jus de citron vert et le sucre glace. Mettre le glaçage dans une poche à douille puis sur le cupcake et décorer comme vous le souhaitez!!

How can you start 2012 with a good foot?? With cupcakes of course! And surrounded with friends and your loved one it's even better!! So after a few research to go out of the ordinary, I found a wonderful recipe full of  exoticism : Ginger and Lime cupcakes! And it's an excellent excuse to use the super gifts (baking cups and sprinkles) that my darling aunt send to me for Xmas, how stylish!!
Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-0,9 cup of soft butter
-1,1 cups of sugar
-0,5 cup of buttermilk
-1,5 cups of flour
-1 tablespoon of baking powder
-0,5 cup of candied ginger
-2 limes
-1 cup of philadelphia cream cheese
-0,3 cup of icing sugar
Preheat the ovent at 320°F. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the butter and sugar, mix until the batter becomes light. Add the buttermilk and flour and mix. Beat vigorously for two minutes until the batter becomes creamy. Add the ginger cut into small dices than the juice and zest of one lime and mix again.
Share the batter into the cupcake pans and let them cook for 20 minutes. Once the cupcakes are cooked, put them on a grill to let them cool off. 
Prepare the icing with the cream cheese, lime juice and icing sugar. Put the icing in a pastry bag than on the cupcakes and decorate as you wish!!

Vraiment très bon avec un petit gout de reviens-y. Ce gâteau s'apprécie tout aussi bien au désert, qu'à l'heure du thé ou pour un petit encas gourmand.
