Cupcake chorizo-olives noires et glaçage au chèvre frais
Cette semaine, mes cupcakes prennent l'accent espagnol puisqu'ils sont au chorizo et aux olives noires avec un glaçage au fromage de chèvre frais et aux olives! Un mélange vraiment délicieux qui ravira tous les amateurs d'épices. D'ailleurs selon vos préférences pensez à choisir un chorizo plus ou moins fort!
Extrêmement savoureux et plein de relief, ces petits cupcakes sont une excellente solution pour réaliser un apéritif festif sans trop de travail!!
Ingrédients (pour 30 mini-cupcakes):
Pour les cupcakes:
-100g de farine
-65g d'huile d'olive
-65g de lait
-50g de chorizo
-50g de parmesan
-15 olives noires dénoyautés
-2 oeufs
-1/2 sachet de levure chimique
-sel, poivre
Pour le glaçage:
-200g de cream cheese
-200g de chèvre frais
-15 olives noires dénoyautées
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Dans un saladier, battez les oeufs en omelette puis ajoutez y la farine et la levure. Délayer avec l'huile et le lait. Coupez le chorizo en petits dés puis incorporez-le à la pâte avec les olives finement hachées, le parmesan, le sel et poivre. Mélangez puis répartissez dans des moules à mini-muffins et faites cuire pour 15 minutes. A la sortie du four, faites les refroidir sur une grille.
Pendant ce temps, battez le cream cheese et le chèvre frais jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte homogène. Hachées au mixeur très finement les olives noires puis incorporez les au mélange précédent. Placez ce mélange en douille puis décorez vos cupcakes tiédis avec ce glaçage.

Really tasty and nice these cupcakes are the best solution to make an easy appetizer!
Ingredients (for 30 min-cupcakes): 
For the cupcakes :
-3/4 cup of flour
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-1/4 cup of milk
-1,7 oz. of chorizo sausage
-1,7 oz. of parmesan
-15 pitted black olives
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-salt, pepper
For the icing
-7 oz. of cream cheese
-7 oz. of fresh goat cheese
-15 pitted black olives
Preheat the oven at 350°F. In a salad bowl, beat the eggs like an omelette than add the flour and the baking powder. Add oil and milk to the batter. Cut the chorizo in small dices than incorporate it to the batter with the thinly minced olives, the parmesan and the salt. Mix than share it in mini-cupcakes moulds and bake for 15 minutes. Once there are out of the oven, let them cool on a grill.
Meanwhile, stir the cream cheese and the fresh goat cheese to obtain a smooth batter. Mix really thinly the olives and incorporate them in the cheese batter. Put this mixture in a pastry bag than decorate the cupcakes with this topping.
