Cupcake aux noix et chèvre / Walnut and goat cheese cupcakes

Cupcake aux noix et chèvre
Encore des petits cupcakes pour faire plaisir à tout le monde mais cette fois-ci au doux parfum chèvre et noix!  Le caractère de ce cupcake vient de la noix qui est renforcer par le thym et sa douceur vient incontestablement du glaçage au chèvre frais adoucit par le miel... Un goût à la fois subtile et délicat qui ravira toutes les papilles!
Ingrédients (pour 40 cupcakes):
-190g de farine
-3 oeufs
-200g de chèvre frais
-150g de cream cheese
-50g de noix + quelques-unes pour la décoration
-25g de graines mélangées
-11cl de lait
-12cl d'huile de noix
-2 cuillères à soupe de miel
-1,5 cuillères à café de levure chimique
-2 branches de thym frais
-sel, poivre
Préchauffez le four à 180°C.
Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, la levure, le sel, le poivre et le thym. Dans un second saladier, mélangez la moitié du cream cheese, les oeufs, le lait et l'huile de noix puis lorsque vous obtiendrez une préparation homogène, ajoutez-la à la préparation précédente. Concassez finement les noix puis ajoutez-les à la pâte avec les graines mélangées puis incorporez-les bien à la pâte en mélangeant énergiquement. Remplissez les moules à mini-muffins et enfournez pour 15 minutes. A la sortie du four, laissez tiédir les cupcakes sur une grille.
Pendant ce temps, préparez le glaçage en mélangeant le chèvre frais et le reste du cream cheese avec le miel légèrement tiédi afin qu'il s'incorpore mieux. Poivrez. Placez en poche à douille puis dressez sur les cupcakes lorsque ceux-ci sont à température ambiante, décorez avec une noix.

Once again here are some cupcakes to please everyone but this time the flavor is walnut and goat cheese! The strength of this cupcake is the walnut that is enhanced by the thyme and its sweetness comes from the goat cheese icing with the subtle honey... Both subtle and delicate this cupcake will please all!
Ingredients (for 40 cupcakes):
-3/4 cup of flour
-3 eggs
-7oz of fresh goat cheese
-5oz of cream cheese
-1,5oz of walnuts + a few to decorate
-0,7oz of mixed seeds
-1/2 cup of walnut oil
-1/2 cup of milk
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1,5 teaspoons of baking powder
-2 branches of thyme

-salt, pepper
Preheat the oven at 356°F.
In a salad bowl, mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the pepper and the thyme. In another bowl, mix half of the cream cheese, the eggs, the milk and the oil and once you obtain a homogeneous batter, add it to the previous one. Crush the walnuts and add them to the batter as well as the seeds than mix to incorporate them. Pour the batter in mini-cupcake molds and bake for 15 minutes. Once there are out of the oven, let them cool on a grill.
Meanwhile, prepare the icing by mixing the goat cheese with the rest of the cream cheese and the warm honey. Add pepper. Put in a pastry bag and top every cupcakes once there are at room temperature than decorate with a walnut.
