Pain d'épices (Noël 2011 partie 3)/ Gingerbread (Xmas 2011 part 3)

Pain d'épices
Qui dit fêtes de Noël dit forcément pain d'épices!! En Alsace, j'ai profité des magnifiques marchés pour acheter des épices spéciales pour pain d'épice et depuis je n'ai qu'une envie c'est en manger!
Pour l'instant j'en ai déjà ai déjà fait deux pour mes proches et là enfin j'en ai fait un pour mon chéri et moi-même alors profitez-en :
Ingrédients:
-250g de miel
-250g de farine
-100g de sucre
-10cl de lait
-2 oeufs
-1 sachet de sucre vanillé
-1 sachet de levure chimique
-1 cuillère à café bombée d'épices spéciales pain d'épices
Dans un bol mélanger la farine, le sucre, le sucre vanillé, la levure et les épices. Ajoutez le miel liquide puis bien mélangez avec une cuillère. Ajoutez, tout en mélangeant, les deux oeufs puis le lait tiède. 
Mettez la préparation dans un moule à cake en silicone puis au four à 160°C pendant 50 minutes. Lorsque le pain d'épice a complètement refroidi, démoulez le puis emballez le. Il faut attendre 24 heures avant de pouvoir le déguster.

Who says Christmas holidays says gingerbread!! In Alsace when I bought myself specials spices to do delicious gingerbread and since then I just want to eat some! For now I have already baked two for my loved ones and now finally I baked one for my swearheart and myself so here you go :
Ingredients:
-1,5 cup of flour
-1 cup of honey
-0,5 cup of sugar
-0,4 cup of milk
-2 eggs
-1 tablespoon of vanillic sugar
-1 tablespoon of baking powder
-1 big teaspoon of special gingerbread spices
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanillic sugar, baking powder and spices. Add the liquid and warm honey than stir with a spoon. Add one by one the eggs than the warm milk while mixing. 
Put the batter in a silicone rectangular cake pan than in the oven at 325°F for 50 minutes. Once the gingerbread is cold you can take it out of the pan and wrap it. You must wait 24 hours before you can taste it!
